Adelaida Nieto – Executive Director

A Colombian living in Costa Rica since 2005, she brings extensive experience leading public institutions, NGOs, and an international organization within UNESCO. She has advanced programs in culture, education, and children’s rights in more than 20 countries. Her work has focused on violence prevention and the promotion of peace in vulnerable and high-risk contexts.

Andrea Sequeira Masis – Administrative Director

A Certified Public Accountant with an MBA in Finance, she has more than 20 years of experience in finance, planning, and cost management. She has lived in Santa Teresa for over a decade and has worked extensively in the hospitality sector, contributing her professional expertise to community-focused service initiatives.

Raquel Moya – Supervisory Officer

Costa Rican lawyer with 15 years of professional experience in the Nicoya Peninsula. As founder of Legal She, she leads a firm committed to advancing gender equality and women’s leadership. Motivated by her personal story as the daughter of a teenage single mother, she holds a deep conviction in the transformative potential of supporting young mothers in Costa Rica. She contributes both her professional expertise and personal commitment to ensuring excellence in the organization’s legal and regulatory compliance.
